Terms of Service
I do hold the right to decline a commission for any reason.
USE: Non-watermarked usage permitted for PFPs/banners w/ credit. Non-clients: do not use commissioned art as PFP/banner out of respect for commissioner.
DO NOT use my art in genAI. I do not consent to my art being used in that way.
The average turn-around is 4-6 weeks. You can request expedited completion at an extra charge. Read below! **
My prices are non-negotiable!
Refunds: 100% refund to clients whose pieces I have not started working on (prior to approval sketch). Cancellation after approval sketch refund will be 50% of the commission price.
Final commissioned piece will be sent to client's provided email, discord or point of contact. ***
NOT first come first serve. I will work on the commissions as I feel inspired unless client orders expedited completion!
You can request up to three (3) dramatic changes such as pose or expression only before I begin the line art version of the commission.
If correspondence between myself and the client (you) is not maintained for more than two (2) weeks the commission will be considered canceled. Will refund upon request within a 2 week window.
** Please understand that sometimes the turnaround varies due to a multitude of reasons. That being said, I'll do my best to inform you of any new situations that may come up that could hinder the time it takes to get your commission back to you.
*** Commission will have one watermarked version and one non-watermarked version and will be in the .png file format.
Transparent background can be made available upon request. Prior to the final version, any works in progress and visual updates regarding the piece will be sent in lower quality versions to protect both myself and the client in case of potential theft. Whether or not I post the commission to my social media is my discretion.
